Took my car to the car wash today after work for the free vacuums and really needed the undercarriage done. It was one I hadn't been to before, turns out it is not touch free. There is touching. It was too late, I was heading right for it. Then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw it. A black Aston Martin DBS(? I was already heading in the tunnel of touch to get a good glimpse. I would like to say that I care about my paint but with all the dents, dings, and chips there will be no way to save it without sinking tons of money in to the car just for looks. I would much rather go through and do some bushing replacement at the 165k miles it sits at. Side note: might get my shifter bushings installed today!

Yes that is just after a wash and 4 mile drive home. I even went slow through the neighborhood.

I am so glad I found a pair for a good price. My buddy had them on the car before but kept them for his 2.5rs when he sold it to me. Black and gold is nice.

I think they look better in person. Probably because in pictures it looks like I have a foot lift and tiny tires.

Apparently they're "rare", I'm not sure how true that is, but people on Nasioc sell them wheels only for $400.

I try. It's mostly just that I live in a dirt road neighborhood with a bunch of run off right now. I just moved out here prior to winter so I haven't got a good chance to explore any fun roads quite yet.

Sounds about right. Not sure on the rare part but I paid 400 for the wheels with winter tires on.
